Terms of Service

The service

Yearbook PH lets approved schools upload PDF yearbooks, manage graduating batches and student lists, and choose who can read each yearbook. Schools subscribe once a year; students read their yearbooks at no charge.

School accounts

  • A school applies through our website, and we approve schools after confirming the school and the applicant's authority to act for it.
  • The school is responsible for its administrators, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for what its administrators do in the portal.
  • The school confirms that it has the rights, permissions and, where required, consents to upload its yearbooks and student information.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are paid yearly in Philippine pesos at the price shown on our pricing page when you pay.
  • If a subscription isn't renewed, a 30-day grace period follows in which yearbooks stay readable but changes are paused. After that, yearbooks go offline until the subscription is renewed. School data is kept.
  • Refunds, official receipts and taxes are to be confirmed.

Acceptable use

Schools must not upload unlawful content, content they don't have the right to share, or files containing malware, and must not try to access other schools' information or get around access controls. We may suspend a school or take a yearbook offline to investigate a complaint, a security issue, or a breach of these terms, and we will tell the school's administrators.

Content and ownership

Schools keep ownership of their yearbooks and records. Schools allow Yearbook PH to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Notice for how personal data is handled.

Limits

We work to keep Yearbook PH available and secure, but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or that copying of displayed pages, such as screenshots, can be prevented. Liability limits, governing law and dispute resolution are to be confirmed by legal review.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell school administrators about important changes before they take effect.
